The career began at Siemens in 2001 and, in 2006, Glaison founded and directed an industrial automation integration company in Brazil, providing solutions for clients such as Electrolux (white goods), Bosch, Continental and Dunlop (automotive), Novozymes (food & beverages) and others, with a focus on CAPEX projects.
In the last three years he has worked in Ireland, initially at MSD (through PM Group) and subsequently at Ipsen (through SimoTech), managing GMP projects in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors on a contract basis through Systems Integrators. Currently, through Unity Automation, he provides consultancy services in industrial automation, supporting a local System Integrator with the management of the utilities expansion project at the Straumann (MedTech) factory.
Experience in leading teams of Automation Engineers on projects involving solutions based on ANSI/ISA S95 and S88, implementing technologies such as PLCs, DCS, Motion, SCADA, HMI, Batch, QBMS, Historian and MES.
Management of CAPEX automation projects in GMP environments, on a contract or fractional basis.
